The unseasonably cold and wet weather in Wellington may help Kat Fuqua prepare for her trip to Riesenbeck, Germany next week where she will switch to her jumper horses. The 17-year-old is at Wellington’s Global Dressage Festival with Rigoletto for the CDI Under-25.
