France announced seven rider and horse combinations for the Tokyo Olympic long list for which the nation has qualified a team.

The combinations on the list for one of the three places on the team are:

Alexandre Ayache, 38, and Zo What, 17-year-old KWPN gelding

Morgan Barbançon, 28, and Sir Donnerhall II, 15-year-old Oldenburg stallion

Maxime Collard, 34, and Cupido PB, 14-year-old KWPN stallion

Nicole Favereau, 60 , and Ginsengue, 15-year-old Belgian Warmblood mare

Isabelle Pinto, 49,  and Hot Chocolat VD Kwaplas de la Gesse,  15-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding

Anne-Sophie Serre, 43, and Actuelle de Massa, 11-year-old Lusitano mare

Arnaud Serre, 44, and Vistoso de Massa, 12-year-old Lusitano gelding

Morgan Barbançon is the only rider on the long list to have competed at an Olympics, which she did for Spain on Painted Black at London in 2012.
