Canada is looking to hire a high performance technical advisor to lead the country’s dressage team to Olympic, World Championship and Pan American Games medal podiums.
Deadline for applications to Equestrian Canada should be submitted by Jan. 31.
“This pivotal role will guide Canada’s top dressage athletes and horses, shaping and executing EC’s high-performance strategy,” the federation stated. “The Technical Advisor will provide leadership, mentorship, and technical oversight-—supporting athletes on their pathway to excellence and serving as chef d’equipe at championships and major games.
“EC is looking for a proven leader with international Grand Prix experience, who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments.
“Strong communication, analytical and strategic planning skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of FEI (International Equestrian Federation) regulations and Safe Sport practices.”
