WELLINGTON, Florida, Jan. 24, 2025–Rebecca Cohen rode her 11-year-old Jameson to victory in the opening competition in the Lövsta Future Challenge for developing Grand Prix, the fifth year of the series in the expanded lineup of developing dressage competitions at the 2025 Global Dressage Festival.

Rebecca and the KWPN gelding (Van Gogh x Upgrade) were awarded 67.912% from the panel of five FEI judges to top the class of eight entries and thus earn a start at the season-ending final in Global’s centerpiece International Arena.

The 29-year-old rider has competed Jameson and other horses in her stable on both sides of the Atlantic.

Austin Webster on Guildenstern Sol,a nine-year-old Trakehner stallion, was runner-up 65.441% to also claim a. start in the final.

Global this year has added a developing young horse competition this year to join the Lövsta and Buffalo Wild Wings developing Prix St. Georges series. Both the St. Georges and young horse competitions will be staged before FEI judge panels Sunday.
