AMSTERDAM, Jan. 24, 2025–British riders on their Paris Olympic mounts, Charlotte “Lottie” Fry on Glamourdale and Becky Moody on Jagerbomb, dominated the World Cup Grand Prix Friday.
Lottie and the 14-year-old KWPN stallion–2022 world champion and Olympic team bronze medal partnership–scored 79.500% for the victory.
Paris team mates Becky and her home-bred 11-year-old KWPN gelding posted a personal best 77.087% for runner-up.
Denmark’s Nanna Skodborg Merrald on Blue Hors Don Olymbrio, 17-year-old KWPN stallion, placed third on 74.370%.
Isabell Werth, atop the West European standings for the Final in Basel, Switzerland in April, rode the 15-year-old Sport Hors gelding DSP Quantaz to fourth on 74.109%.
The Freestyle to decide points for the Final is scheduled for Saturday.
