WELLINGTON, Florida, Feb. 23, 2024–Germany’s Christoph Koschel on Destare won the Lövsta Future Challenge Intermediate II Saturday and Australia’s Kelly Layne runner-up on Living Diamond also qualified for the Global Dressage Festival winter-ending Final.

Christoph based in Hagen, Germany but who spends winters in Wellington and the nine-year-old Hanoverian gelding (Danciano x Fürst Romancier) scored 70.088% for the win.

Kelly Layne, based in Wellington, and the nine-year-old Hanoverian gelding (Livaldon x Fürst Rousseau) scored for runner-up 69.294%.

The top two places in each competition qualify for the final of the series.
