HAGEN, Germany, Sept. 23, 2023–Sweden’s Patrik Kittel rode Forever Young HRH to a personal best score to win the CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday.
Patrik and the 11-year-old Westfalen mare scored 81.665% for the first victory since July 2022.
Fabienne Müller-Lütkemeier of Germany on the 12-year-old Westfalen mare Valencia AS was runner-up on 78.080%, also a personal best.
Compatriot Bianca Nowag-Aulenbrock in the first Big Tour musical performance on Queolito, 11-year-old Hanoverian gelding, was third on 77.595%.
Germany’s Frederic Wandres on Quizmaster FRH won the Intermediate 1 on 73.206%. The pair captured the Prix St. Georges earlier.
