HAGEN, Germany, Sept. 22, 2023–Germany’s Bianca Nowag-Aulenbrock rode Florine OLD to a personal best score to win the CDI4* Grand Prix Friday, the first international victory in the 18-month partnership.
Bianca, on five German gold medal teams as a youth rider, and the 11-year-old Oldenburg mare were awarded 74.804% for the win.
Sweden’s Patrik Kittel in his second CDI competition on the 13-year-old Westfalen gelding Galleria’s Bohemian was runner-up on 72.978%.
Bohemian was Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour’s mount on Danish teams at the Tokyo Olympics and the 2021 European Championships. The horse was sold to South Korea’s Dong Seon Kim who competed at Wellington, Florida’s Global Dressage Festival last winter but has since decided to sell his horses.
