OLOMOUC, Czech Republic, May 22, 2022–Alisa Glinka on Aachen won the World Cup Grand Prix Freestyle Sunday in the bid by the Moldovan combination for a second straight Final appearance.

Alisa and her 11-year-old Oldenburg scored 74.355% for the win in the Central European qualifier for the final of the world championship to be staged in Omaha next April. The duo was one of two from Central Europe to compete at the 2021-22 Final in Leipzig, Germany last April and also rode at last year’s European Championships.

Lithuania’s Sandra Sysojeva on Jack Daniel’s, a nine-year-old Rhinelander gelding, were runner-up on 73.740%. The pair won the Grand Prix Friday.

Katarzyna of Poland on Guapo, 11-year-old Portuguese Sport Horse stallion, was third on 71.695%.

Hungary’s Csaba Szokola on Enying placed fourth on 70.500% to remain atop of the Central European standings adding to the 20 points earned from the opening qualifier two weeks ago.
