LIER, Belgium, Mar. 6, 2022–Great Britain’s Charlotte Fry rode Glamourdale to a personal best score to win the CDI4* Grand Prix Special Sunday while the Netherlands’ Marieke van der Putten on Torveslettens Titanium captured by CDI4* Freestyle.

Charlotte and the 11-year-old KWPN stallion scored 78.681% for the victory in the third Grand Prix Special for the partnership that won the world seven-year-old championship in 2018. The previous best Special result was 77.170% set last September.

Juliette Ramel of Sweden on Buriel K.H. was second 76.468% after capturing the Grand Prix a day earlier. Germany’s Dorothee Schneider on First Romance was third on 74.362%.

In the CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle, the Netherlands’ Marieke van der Putten on Torveslettens Titanium took top spot on 75.630%, only the second Big Tour musical performance for the 10-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding by Totilas.

Richard Davison of Great Britain on Bubblingh, the homebred KWPN gelding, placed second on 75.285% as the horse at the age of 16 nears the completion of seven years at Big Tour.

Belgium’s Larissa Pauluis on Flambeau was third on 74.840%.
