TATTENHALL, England, June 15, 2017–Anders Dahl and Sir Donato won the Boleworth Castle CDI3* Grand Prix Special Thursday for the first Big Tour victory for the Danish pair.
Anders and the 12-year-old Oldenburg gelding (Sir Donnerhall x Sally) scored 71.333 per cent for the win.
Gillian Davison and Alfranco, a 12-year-old KWPN gelding posted a personal best 70.941 per cent for second, a day after logging their best score in placing third in the Grand Prix. This was the first international event in eight months for Gillian and Alfranco (Negro x Donkerbruin) that began CDI Grand Prix in January, 2016.
Great Britain’s Hayley Watson-Greaves on Rubins Nite was third on 69.706 per cent.The pair have competed on five Nations Cup teams since 2014, including the gold medal squad at Compiègne, France last month.
