Adrienne Lyle is taking three top sport prospects in addition to Olympic mount Helix to Europe two years ahead of the Olympics in Los Angeles.
The three horses are:
My Vitality, 9-year-old Dutch-bred stallion on which Adrienne won the Lövsta Future Challenge for developing Grand Prix horses at Wellington’s Global Dressage Festival at the end of March. The pair were awarded 77.794% on their second of two days at a national competition at Ocala’s World Equestrian Center last month;
Hussmans Topgun, 10-year-old Totilas offspring, that has been competed by Adrienne beginning at 3rd level in 2024 and at Small Tour for more than a year, and
Zaunkonig, 8-year-old German-bred Westfalen stallion, that was reserve as 4-year-old in Germany’s Bundeschampionate and U.S. champion at age 6.

The three horses, like Helix, 14-year-old KWPN that Adrienne competed on the U.S. team at the 2024 Paris Olympics and 2025 World Cup Final, are owned by Heidi Humphries’ Zen Elite Equestrian Center. Helix was recently returned to competition after a break of more than a year and no application was made for consideration for the national Grand Prix championship or the World Championships.
The intention, the three-time Olympian told DRESSAGE-NEWS.com, is to compete the horses “lightly’ in Europe before returning to the U.S. in September. Helix, though, is entered in the Hagen CDI along with nine other American combinations.

Other prospects being developed by Adrienne including One Million and Orion will be maintained in light work until her return to her Wellington base.
Results of the World Championships have no impact on the United States’ qualification for the Los Angeles Games, as the host nation automatically receives a team start as long as the basic score requirements are met.
Christian Simonson on Indian Rock , World Cup reserve champion in April, and Marcus Orlob on Jane, 2024 Olympic team combination and the top two qualifiers for the national championships last month, are not available for Aachen this year.
