Germany’s Katharina Hemmer & US-Owned Denoix PCH Winners of Lier CDI4* Grand Prix

LIER, Belgium, Feb. 28, 2026–The German team partnership of Katharina Hemmer and Denoix PCH were clear winners Saturday of the CDI4* Grand Prix, their first international competition in six months.

Katharina and the 14-year-old Oldenburg gelding owned by Nancy Gooding of PLum Creek Farm in Larkspur, Colorado scored 75.587% for the win. The top placing was unanimous by the five judges.

The pair’s last international competition was the European Championships in August where Germany won gold.

Ingrid Klimke also of Germany on Vayron NRW, the Westfalen stallion that was ridden by Daniel Bachmann Andersen on Denmark’s silver medal team at the Paris Olympics and is now aged 15, placed second on 72.848%.

Larissa Pauluis on Flambeau, a duo that has become a star in Belgium as competitors at two Olympics and teammates of world No. 1 Justin Verboomen on Zonik Plus at last year’s Europeans, was third on 72.435%.
