Kristina Harrison-Antell of Los Angeles has received the $25,000 Anne L. Barlow-Ramsay Grant to train and compete the American-bred Juilliard DG with her coach Charlotte Bredahl in Wellington, Florida during the 2027 winter season.

Juilliard is an 11-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding (Idocus x Contester) bred by DG Bar Ranch of California and is owned by Emily Murray of Los Angeles.

Kristina has trained Juilliard since he was three years old and competed at national Grand Prix in California earlier this year. She was a rider on the 2003 Pan American Games gold medal team.

“Developing young horses from the ground up has long been a passion of mine,” she said, “which makes receiving this grant especially meaningful. I’m proud to be riding and training multiple horses that have been bred right here in the United States. With the support of this grant, we will continue to grow, learn, and gain valuable experience and confidence as we work toward our goal of representing the United States in international competition.”

The fund was established at The Dressage Foundation in 2008 by Dr. Anne L. Barlow-Ramsay to support U.S.-bred horses competing in international dressage. In that time, 13 awards of $25,000 have been granted.
