WIESBADEN, Germany, June 8, 2025–Portugal’s João Pedro Moreira on Drosa Fuerst Kennedy OLD won the CDI4* Grand Prix Sunday for the partnership’s first victory of the year.
João and the 10-year-old Oldenburg stallion scored 70.761% for the win. The pair was successful as both six and seven years old including winning the preliminary competition at the World Young Horse Championships four years ago.
German team rider Dorothee Schneider on First Romance, 15-year-old German Sport Horse gelding, was runner-up on 69.891%.
Delia Eggenberger of Switzerland on the 10-year-old Russian-bred mare Santa Maria placed third on 68.587%.
