HAGEN, Germany, Sept. 27, 2024–Belgium’s Flore de Winne posted a personal best score on her Olympic mount Flynn to win the CDI4* Grand Prix Friday in the pair’s first competition since Paris.
Flore and the 10-year-old Hanoverian stallion scored 73.196% for the victory.
Patrik Kittel of Sweden and the 12-year-old Westfalen mare were runner-up on 73.065%.
Sönke Rothenberger of Germany and the 10-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding Fendi placed third on 70.761%.
In the CDI3* Grand Prix, Patrik Kittel on Zoulmate, 13-year-old Westfalen stallion, was the winner on 73.326%, the first international competition for the partnership.
Isabell Werth of Germany in her first international outing on the 12-year-old Gut Wettlkam’s D’avie FRH placed second on 72.957%.
