OCALA, Florida, May 24, 2024–Canada’s Ariana Chia on her P.R.E. stallion Guateque won the World Equestrian Center’s CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle on a personal best score Friday night for a day after the rider’s first career Big Tour victory.
Ariana and the 14-year-old gray stallion were awarded 74.520% for the win.
Chase Shipka of Wellington, Florida on the 13-year-old KWPN gelding Gladstone Zee T was runner-up on 70.330%.
Mikala Münter, also based in Wellington, placed third on the 15-year-old Oldenburg gelding Skyfall with a score of 68.405%.
