The debut international performances of Endel Ots on Zen Elite’s Bohemian and Adrienne Lyle on Lars van de Hoenderheide have boosted the rider and horse combinations into the top group seeking to qualify for a European tour to decide the United States team for the Olympics in Paris in four months.

Sarah Tubman of Wellington, Florida on First Apple remains atop the official U.S. Equestrian Federation standings released Monday although the pair have not competed since the Pan American Games gold medal team last October with an average of 73.469% for the Grand Prix and the Special. Steffen Peters of San Diego, California on Suppenkasper stands second with results from three shows for an average of 73.145%.

Endel Ots of Wellington competed the 14-year-old Westfalen gelding Bohemian at the Global Dressage Festival CDI3* last weekend to move into the third spot with an average of 72.625% in the Grand Prix and the Special.

Adrienne Lyle, also based in Wellington, and the 13-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding Lars van de Hoenderheide is now fourth on 71.922%.
