WEST PALM BEACH, Florida, Jan. 20, 2024–U.S. Olympic and World Equestrian Games team medalist Kasey Perry-Glass won the national Grand Prix Saturday while Charlotte Jorst on Zhaplin Langholt was unable to capitalize on her CDI3* Grand Prix victory a day earlier.
Kasey and the 12-year-old KWPN gelding were awarded 69.185% from the two-judge ground jury.
Charlotte Jorst of Reno, Nevada and her 11-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding were awarded 64.681% in the CDI3* Special after taking the Grand Prix on 69.174% a day earlier.
Heartbeat was acquired for Kasey by her California-based mother, Diane Perry late last year.
