FRANKFURT, Germany, Dec. 15, 2023–Katharina Hemmer rode Denoix PCH to a personal best score to win the CDI5* Grand Prix Friday.
Katharina, who took over the ride from German Olympian Hubertus Schmidt, was awarded 73.826% on the 11-year-old Oldenburg stallion. The pair first competed internationally in April this year.
Isabell Werth on the 11-year-old Hanoverian mare Superb was runner-up on 73.217%.
The German sweep of the top three places was completed by Ingrid Klimke on First Class, 11-year-old Hanoverian mare, earning 70.826% for third.
