OTTAWA, May 19, 2023–Mathilde Blais Tetreault and Fedor posted a personal best score to win the Ottawa Dressage Festival CDI3* Grand Prix Friday as Canada moves toward selecting a team for the Pan American Games and a shot at a berth at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Mathilde, successful as a youth championship rider and third ranked Canadian on the world standings, scored 69.109% for the win on the 13-year-old KWPN gelding.

Allison Carmichael of the United States and Figaro, 13-year-old KWPN gelding, was runner-up on 68.587%.

Jacqueline Brooks, a two-time Olympian for Canada, and the 12-year-old Oldenburg gelding Te Amo Q O S were third on 65.522%.
