ADDINGTON, England, Mar. 17, 2023–Annabella Pidgley had a spectacular CDI3* Grand Prix Friday winning on Gio with a personal best score and placing third in her international debut on Vamos Amigos.

The 18-year-old Annabella and Gio, the 12 year-old KWPN gelding, scored 75.957% in only the third Big Tour Grand Prix since she took over the ride from Charlotte Dujardin who competed the horse on the British team at the Tokyo Olympics and the 2021 European Championships.

Great Britain’s Andrew Gould on Indigro, a 10-year-old KWPN stallion, was second on 72.761%.

Annabella on Vamos Amigos, the Westfalen gelding that was ridden by Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour for Olympic Danish team gold in Tokyo, was third on 71.674%.
