LE MANS, France, Oct. 15, 2022–Belgium’s team partnership of Larissa Pauluis and Flambeau won the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday, repeating the performance from 2021.
Larissa and the 12-year-old KWPN gelding scored 76.010% for the victory. The pair won this same musical performance a year ago.
France’s Pauline Basquin on Sertorius de Rima Z IFCE, a 12-year-old Zangersheide gelding, was second 72.475%.
Compatriot Guillaume Lundy CNE on Tempo IFCE, a 15-year-old Hanoverian gelding, placed third on 72.470%.
American Jennifer Hoffmann and Rondoro Noblesse, 11-year-old Austrian Warmblood stallion, posted a personal best 70.515% for fifth. It was the first Big Tour musical performance for the pair, based in Wellington, Florida.
