HERZLAKE, Germany, Aug. 1, 2021–Daniel Bachmann Andersen of Denmark and the nine-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding Marshall-Bell won the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Sunday for the rider’s first international victory since leaving the Blue Hors stud to go out on his own 15 months ago.

Daniel and the Danish Warmblood gelding scored a personal best 74.362% in only the second Special for the partnership and the sixth international performance overall in the past three months. The pair was runmner-up in the Grand Prix Saturday.

Finland’s Emma Kanerva and Greek Air placed second on were awarded a personal best 74.043% for second. Emma and the 10-year-old gelding won the Grand Prix Saturday, also on a personal best 74.130%.

Anna Kasprzak, also of Denmark, was third on Fuhur on 72.289%.
