HERZLAKE, Germany, July 31, 2021–Finland’s Emma Kanerva and Greek Air won the CDI3* Grand Prix Saturday, the first Big Tour victory for the partnership in only their third Grand Prix.
Emma and the 10-year-old gelding posted a personal best score of 74.130% to better the pair’s previous high of 73.196% set in their debut CDI Grand Prix two months ago.
Daniel Bachmann Andersen of Denmark on the nine-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding Marshall-Bell also logged a personal best of 73.043% in the pair’s fourth Big Tour Grand Prix.
Germany’s Lena Waldmann on Fiderdance placed third on 71.804%.
