KRISTIANSAND, Norway, Oct. 5, 2019–Denmark’s 2017 World Cup Final partnership of Mai Tofte Olesen and Rustique on Saturday won the Indoor Epona CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle on a personal best score.
Mai and the 17-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding scored 74.870% to beat the previous best of 74.300% at the Omaha championship Final. The pair won the Grand Prix on Thursday.
Swedes Charlotte Haid Bondergaard on Roberto des Frettes placed second on 71.015% with Terese Klintström on Don Sanchez in third on 69.275%.
