ACHLEITEN, Austria, June 8, 2018–Nicolas Wagner and Quater Back Junior won the CDI4* Grand Prix Friday in only the third Big Tour start for the Luxembourg combination.
Nicolas and the nine-year-old Hanoverian gelding scored 71.565 per cent for the win, the third victory in three starts at Big Tour beginning a month ago.
Austria’s Astrid Neumayer on DSP Rodriguez placed second on 70.022 per cent and Stefan Lehfellner on Fackeltanz OLD third on 69.457 per cent.
Switzerland’s Estelle Wettstein on West Side Story won the Grand Prix to qualify for the freestyle on a score of 70.438 per cent with Austria’s Amanda Hartung on Dresscode Black second on 69.326 per cent and Valentina Truppa of Italy on Ranieri third on 68.522 per cent.
