MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay, Nov. 21, 2017–Cesar Torrente, an attorney by profession, a dressage competitor and FEI 4* judge, was elected to the International Equestrian Federation Tribunal Tuesday.
Cesar, 57, of Colombia was one of three new members elected to the tribunal committee.
He competed at both the Central American and Caribbean Games and the South American Games in 2010.
