BRISBANE, Australia, July 15, 2017–The Australian Olympic team partnership of Sue Hearn and Remmington won the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday night with a personal best score for the second time during a sweep of this competition.
Sue and the 15-year-old Australian-bred gelding scored 72.435 per cent for the musical performance after capturing both the Grand Prix and the Special. Their score in the Grand Prix Thursday was also a personal best.
Mary Warren, who turned 19 years of age last month, rode Mindarah Park Ramadan to a personal best 71.825 per cent for second place.
Shannon Goodwin on Aristede was third on 71.410 per cent to round out personal best scores for all three top placegetters.
