SANTIAGO, Chile, Feb. 8, 2014–Brazil won gold, Argentina silver and Chile bronze in the South American Games Nations Cup at Prix St. Georges Saturday, to qualify teams for the 2015 Pan American Games.
The three teams were the only entrants in dressage at the Quillota Cavalry School, though there were individual combinations from Ecuador and Uruguay. The top two teams from the Americas at the World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France in August will also qualify for the Pan Ams as will three nations from the Central American and Caribbean Games in Veracruz, Mexico Nov. 16-19.
