SAUGERTIES, New York, Aug. 19, 2018--New Zealand's John Thompson withdrew Antonello from the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Sunday with a veterinary issue at a warmup competition ahead of the World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina in three weeks.
