STOCKHOLM, Nov. 26, 2022–Jessica von Bredow-Werndl rode TSF Dalera BB, her world No. 1 partner, to victory in the Lövsta Top 10 Grand Prix Saturday for the 17th straight win beginning with double gold at the Tokyo Olympics and including a six-month break for her second child.
The score for Jessica and the 15-year-old Trakehner mare of 83.065% also maintained an unbroken string of at least 80% in the Grand Prix over the past two years that has included the Tokyo Games, the 2022 World Cup Final and the 2021 European Championships.
In a German sweep of the top three places, Isabell Werth on DSP Quantaz, a 12-year-old German Sport Horse stallion, placed second on 78.565%.
Benjamin Werndl, Jessica’s brother, was third on Famoso OLD with a score of 78.348%. Benjamin and the 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding were on the German bronze medal team along with Isabell and Quantaz at the world championships in August.
The spectator favorite was Patrik Kittel of Sweden on Touchdown. The pair received the top ranking of 81.524%. The score from the five judges was 77.892% for fifth place.
