A squad of Americans led by three-time Olympian Adrienne Lyle is entered to compete at a CDI4* in Neustadt-Dosse in Germany less than 400 miles/640km and two weeks ahead of the World Championships in Aachen.
Adrienne and Helix, the 14-year-old Dutch-bred gelding that she competed for the United States at the 2024 Paris Olympics and the 2025 World Cup Final in Basel, Switzerland rode at Ocala, Florida and Hagen, Germany earlier this year sfor the rider’s first competitions in a year.
Adrienne did not nominate herself and the Zen Elite Equestrian partner for the U.S. team at Aachen.
She is also entered on Hussmmanns Topgun, the promising 10-year-old Danish-bred gelding sired by Totilas and also owned by Zen Elite in the CDI1* Small Tour. The duo has logged four victories in four international starts in Wellington, Florida this winter.
Meagan Davis who is a reserve for the U.S. championship team on the 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding Toronto Lightfoot, the 13-year-old Totilas offspring owned by Scott Durkin, is also entered in the 4*. Meagan and Lightfoot competed in the U.S. Grand Prix championships two months ago to perform well enough to earn a place on America’s contingent for this European tour.
Quinn Iverson, a long time student of Adrienne’s will compete Gremlin 41, 11-year-old German-bred gelding owned by Billie Davidson.
Katie Duerrhammer on Rosebank VH, 8-year-old Swedish stallion owned by Kylee Lourie, will also contest the CDI1* Small Tour. Katie rode Quartett on the 2022 U.S. World Championship team that qualified a team for Paris.
All four riders are based in Wellington area of south Florida.
