HAGEN, Germany, July 5, 2026–Germany’s Moritz Treffinger rode Morricone to a personal best score to win the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Sunday.
Moritz and the 14-year-old stallion were awarded 71.723% for the pair’s 3rd victory since the duo began Big Tour two months ago.
Lena Hassmann on Chere Celine, 9-year-old mare, that began international Grand Prix just over two months ago, placed second on 70.915%. Lena developed the horse from a youngster to top sport.
Lisa Müller completed the all-German medals podium with 70.170% for third place on Gut Wettlkam’s Zonik Hit OLD, 13-year-old gelding.
Adrienne Lyle of Wellington, Florida on Helix, her U.S. team Olympic mount and the only American in the competition, scored 69.298% for sixth place. The pair won the Grand Prix earlier in the competition, their first start in Europe since the 2025 World Cup Final.
