Marcus Orlob and his Olympic mount Jane make giant leap in the world rankings.

Marcus of Loxahatchee, Florida moved to 35th from 162nd over the past month while the 11-year-old KWPN mare that is separately ranked, climbed to 38th up from No. 182. The pair has posted six straight victories so far this year, four at Wellington’s Global Dressage Festival and two at Aachen, Germany last month.

Britain’s Lewis Carrier made a similar move upward to 41st from 164th, according to the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) latest rankings.

Adrienne Lyle, Marcus’s Paris Olympic teammate, remained 19th in the world for the top American. Anna Marek of Dunnellon, Florida slipped one place to 28th.

Kevin Kohmann, among eight USA combinations entered in this week’s Hagen CDI3*, dropped two places to 32nd. He and Dünensee, 16-year-old Hanoverian gelding, competed at the World Cup Final in April as the duo did in the 2024 championship Final,
