DEL MAR, California, April 19, 2025–Kristina Harrison-Antell on Finley won the CDI3* Grand Prix Saturday for their first victory in three years at Big Tour.
Kristina of Los Angeles and the 15-year-old KWPN gelding were awarded 67.478% for the win in their third start this year. Kristina was on the USA gold medal team at the 2003 Pan American Games.
Fellow Californian Anna Buffini on Fiontini, the 15-year-old Danish Warmblood mare that she has competed for the past 14 months, was eliminated part way through the ride with the score just over 67%. Fiontini was the world champion at five, six and seven years of age when ridden by Spain’s Severo Jurado Lopez.
Nadine Schwartsman of Eagle, Idaho on Royal Flash R, 14-year-old Rhinelander gelding, was runner-up on 65.326%.
