GLADSTONE, New Jersey, Feb. 10, 2025–Terri Kane, Rowan O’Riley, Ellen Ahearn, and Angela Vogel have been elected to the United States Equestrian Team Foundation Board of Trustees.
Terri is a long-time supporter of equestrian sport. In 2002, she and her husband, Richard, purchased Diamante Farms in Wellington, Florida, with the goal of turning it into a high performance dressage facility for their daughter, Devon. Terri remains instrumental in overseeing and managing the farm, and the family has developed numerous young horses that have gone on to compete at grand prix level.
She is passionate about supporting up-and-coming athletes. Every winter Diamante Farms hosts clinics through the U.S. Dressage Federation young horse and young rider programs. Through Diamante Farms, Terri extensively supports top-level dressage as a founding sponsor of the Global Dressage Festival in Wellington and title sponsor of the GDF Under-25 division and a sponsor of the Florida International Youth Dressage Championships.
Terri has also been involved in Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center in Loxahatchee, Florida, for several years and currently serves as its board secretary. In addition, she is on the committee for the Challenge of the Americas, a one-of-a-kind fundraiser that showcases dressage and jumping for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Prior to joining the board of trustees, Rowan O’Riley served on the USET Foundation’s national advisory committee since 2018. A supporter of high performance U.S. equestrian sport, O’Riley is passionate about para dressage and is the sponsor of five-time Paralympic athlete Rebecca Hart. With Rowan’s horse El Corona Texel, Rebecca won silver and bronze medals at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina, and team bronze medal at the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo. O’Riley currently leases the mare Floratina for Rebecca and the pair were unbeaten at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, earning team gold and two individual gold medals.
As an adult amateur dressage competitor, Rowan earned her USDF gold medal in dressage in 2018 and was region 8 adult amateur champion at Grand Prix the same year. Rowan owns two dressage training facilities in Wellington: Fair Sky Farm and Roasis Riding Oasis. A graduate of Wellesley College in Massachusetts, Rowan serves on the national council of McLean Hospital in Boston and supports various health and international welfare organizations. She is also an amateur portrait artist, the mother of three daughters, and grandmother to four grandchildren.
