NEU-ANSPACH, Germany, July 30, 2023–Dorothee Schneider on the 11-year-old Dayman won the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Sunday to complete the German combination’s double victory.

The German team rider and Dayman, a Westfalen gelding, scored 71.170% for the win, two days after taking the Grand Prix in only their second Big Tour event.

Hungary’s Máté Garal in the second Big Tour event on the 13-year-old Danish Warmblood stallion Galleria’s Vincent Maranello, was runner-up on 67.255%.

Fellow Hungarian Jazmin Yom Tov on the 11-year-old KWPN stallion Hyde V/D Wolfshoeve, also in the pair’s second international Grand Prix, was third on 65.872%.

The Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday was won by Germany’s Jessica Süss on Duisenberg, 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding, on 71.945%.

Compatriot Nadine Feser on the 15-year-old German Sport Horse gelding Balu was runner-up on 69.495%.
