HERNING, Denmark, Mar. 11, 2023–Nanna Skodborg Merrald dominated the Danish Warmblood Stallion Show Saturday, winning the CDI5* Grand Prix Freestyle on Blue Hors St. Schufro and the CDI3* Grand Prix Special on Blue Hors Don Olymbrio.
Nanna and the 12-year-old Hanoverian stallion St. Schufro scored 84.360% for the 5* musical performance.
Continuing the overwhelming lineup of Danish entries, Carina Cassøe Krüth on Heiline’s Danciera was runner-up 84.225%.
Lone Bang Zindorff on Thranegaardens Rostov was third on 80.815%.
In the 3* Special Nanna rode Don Olymbrio to victory on a personal best score of 76.362%.
Andreas Helgstrand on Queenparks Wendy was second on 75.064%.
Norway’s Isabel Freese on the 11-year-old Oldenburg stallion Total Hope was third on 74.596%.
