FRITZENS, Austria, July 8, 2022–Germany’s Dorothee Schneider rode First Romance to a personal best score to win the CDI4* Grand Prix Friday.
Dorothee and the Baden-Württemberg gelding score 75.413% for the third victory in seven starts this year.
Austria’s Victoria Max-Theurer and Birkhof’s Topas FBW 11-year-old Baden-Württemberg stallion, placed second on 74.739%. The pair began the Big Tour partnership a year ago.
Germany’s Nicole Wego-Engelmeyer and Saphira Royal, 13-year-old Rhinelander mare, were third on 72.369%.
