Hallye Griffin, United States Equestrian Federation managing director of dressage, has given birth to her second child, a girl Serena Winstead (the family name of Hallye’s husband).

Hallye, highly respected in the American dressage community who lives in Lexington, Kentucky and works at the USEF headquarters there, reported that Serena weighed 7lb. 5 oz. (3.3mg) at birth on May 12. She gave birth to a son in 2019.

She has headed up the official dressage program since 2015.  Although on leave for the birth of her daughter, Hallye continues to manage the dressage program that this year includes an extensive European tour by combinations seeking to be named to the U.S. team for the world championships in Herning, Denmark in August, the world young horse championships in September as well as the U.S. Festival of Champions.
