Thamar Zweistra and Hexagon’s Double Dutch

ZANDHOVEN, Belgium, Aug. 14, 2021–The Netherlands’ Thamar Zweistra and Hexagon’s Double Dutch won the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday for their first victory in a Big Tour musical performance.

Thamar and the 13-year-old KWPN stallion scored 76.050% for the win. The pair have been partnered at international level for five years, four of them at Grand Prix. The duo won the Grand Prix and the Special in France two years ago.

Juan Antonio Jimenez Cobo of Spain on Euclides Mor was second on 75.170% with Vincent van Gasselt of the Netherlands on Delacroix third on 74.955%.

The Grand Prix Special was won by Great Britain’s Emile Faurie on Dono di Maggio OLD with 73.957%, Germany’s Lena Waldmann on Fiderdance was second on 72.872% and Thamar Zweistra on Hexagon’s Ich Weiss third on 71.809%.
