MONTEFALCO, Italy, April 17, 2021–Italy’s Nausicaa Maroni and Embajador SG posted a personal best score to win the CDI3* Grand Prix Saturday and the first victory for the partnership in four years at Big Tour.
Nausicaa and the 14-year-old P.R.E. stallion scored 69.043% for the win in their first competition in 14 months.
Valentina Truppa, the two-time Olympian for Italy, on Ranieri scored 68.283% for second with Spain’s Antonio Laiz Zandio on Gejholms Menotti third on 66.652%.
