LISBON, Oct. 4, 2019–Rodrigo Torres and Fogoso, in their first competition since competing on the European Championships team that earned Portugal a start at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, won the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday.
Rodrigo and the nine-year-old Lusitano scored 72.065% for the sixth victory for the pair so far this year.
João Torrao and Equador, team mates at the Europeans in mid-August, placed second on 70.869%.
Duarte Nogueira on Beirao was third on 69.565% to round out the top three places to Portuguese riders on Lusitanos.
