JÄRVENPÄÄ, Finland, July 6, 2019–Sweden won the CDIO4* Nations Cup Saturday for the fourth straight victory and a dominating lead in the trans-Atlantic series.
Gunilla Byström and Vectra placed second in both the Grand Prix and the Special to lead Sweden to the victory and put it in position to take the third consecutive annual title. Finland’s Henri Ruoste and Roble won both legs of this competition that was the first here.
The final team standings based on scores of the top three combinations in the Grand Prix and the Special: 1. Sweden 399,905%; 2. Finland 396,638%; 3. Estonia 374,260%.
The sixth event in the series that began in Wellington, Florida in March is scheduled for next week in Falsterbo, Sweden with Aachen, Germany the week after and Hickstead, England the finale competition at the end of the month.
