LEUDELANGE, Luxembourg, July 6, 2019–Sascha Schulz and Dragao won the CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle at home at Dressage Grand-Ducal.
Sascha and the 11-year-old Lusitano stallion scored 74.135% for the win with Germany’s Uwe Schwanz on Hermes second on 74.135% and Finland’s Terhi Stegars on Thai Pee third on 72.865%.
Adrienne Lyle pulled Harmony’s Duval from the Freestyle after the 11-year-old KWPN gelding smacked himself in the awards ceremony for winning their European debut Grand Prix Friday.
“It is very superficial but I didn’t want it to brea open during a test,” Adrienne told dressage-news.com.
The American-bred Duval is scheduled to compete at the Aachen, Germany CHIO in two weeks.
