STOCKHOLM, June 15, 2019–Sweden’s Rose Mathiesen and Zuidenwind post personal best score to win the Stockholm Horse Week CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday for a sweep of the Global Champions Tour dressage.
Rose and the 15-year-old KWPN gelding scored 78.425% that beat the pair’s previous best of 77.400% set in October, 2016 and came a day after taking the Grand Prix. The pair were on Sweden’s bronze medal European Championship team in 2017.
Spain’s Severo Jurado Lopez riding Rialto Star in the debut musical performance for the 15-year-old horse were second on 77.050%.
Paulinda Friberg of Sweden on Di Lapponia T were third on 74.725%.
