WELLINGTON, Florida, Mar. 21, 2019–The Wall Street Journal reports on the dressage Grand Prix Freestyle, posted on the newspaper’s Internet site Thursday, two weeks before the World Cup Final in Gothenburg that is the annual global championship centered on the musical performance.
