
BRISBANE, Australia, July 21, 2018–Alexis Hellyer on Bluefield’s Floreno, selected for Australia’s team for the World Equestrian Games in September, narrowly won the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle over Shannan Goodwin on Aristede Saturday.
Alexis and the 13-year-old Australianbred stallion scored 73.950 per cent for the pair’s seventh Big Tour win this year.
Shannan and Aristede scored 73.200 per cent, a personal best for the duo.
Rozzie Ryan on Jarra R placed third on 71.800 per cent.
Shannan and Aristede won the Grand Prix Special on 66.596 per cent.
