HARTPURY, England, July 6, 2018–Charlotte Dujardin rode Mount St. John Freestyle to victory at the Hartpury Dressage Festival CDI3* Grand Prix Friday to remain undefeated after seven Big Tour competitions this year. Team mate and coach Carl Hester in the fifth CDI Grand Prix start on Hawtins Delicato placed second.

Charlotte and the nine-year-old Hanoverian mare scored 77.435 per cent for the win that came exactly three months since the pair started Big Tour, in the Netherlands three months ago in their campaign to earn a start on the British team at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina in two months.

Carl and the British-bred Hawtins Delicato, a 10-year-old Hanoverian gelding that he began competing at CDI Grand Prix two months ago, was awarded 76.087 per cent for runner-up.

Spencer Wilton on Super Nova. II were third on 75.848 per cent in the the first competition for the British Olympic and championship team combination since last November.
